SAP HCM Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for successful delivery of projects from conception to completion and hands-off to key user: planning, estimation, tracking deliverables, coordinating meetings, providing project updates to all stakeholders
- Leading and coordinating Change Management
- Organize day-to-day support and coordinate external resources
- Handle risks, issues, project scope and change request process in alignment with system owner
- Ensure application and data consistency of application through change and release management

Your profile
- Demonstrate solid project management and organizational skills, considering changing priorities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to lead implementation projects, takes responsibility for on time delivery of assigned project tasks and provides direction to others
- Creates strong morale and team spirit within the team while actively fostering wins/successes through results
- Ability to communicate with customers and internal/external service provider
- Results oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in SAP HCM or other HR solution advantageous
- Experience in SAP ChaRM advantageous
