You support our team as

Energy Efficiency Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilitiesarrow_right

  • Structure and implement the business plan (strategic and tactical) of Energy Efficiency defining: a) focus markets; b) focus applications; c) focus products; d) target price and e) sales pitch. See Energy Efficiency as a Klüber Product
  • Build sales tools and make them available to the team consistently for continuous application (software, presentations, and methodologies)
  • Analyze data, derive conclusions and find value selling arguments for the use of Klüber specialty lubricants
  • Train and support the team via digital media and presential, when requested
  • Travel to other KLx to support local projects opened in customers and give training to sales experts
  • Continuous and upcoming development for experts and methodologies for any new application
  • Development and implementation of Energy Efficiency projects in different markets and regions, influencing and supporting the team (market managers, supervisors, sales engineers, and technical advisors) to ensure project success
  • Definition, responsibility and monitoring of the indicators of Energy Efficiency projects with the Klüber brand
  • Interface with the internal structure (R&D, IT, Industrial, SCM, Account etc.) to understand and apply necessary technical adaptations and upgrades for project implementation
  • Map the markets within the concept of market intelligence to guide the organization to the most representative businesses that can be carried out with the lowest cost and increase sales in volume in the least amount of time
  • Operational planning for the area of responsibility
  • Travel ≥ 20%

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Completed training as a mechanical engineer (TU/FH) or industrial engineer (TU/FH), Data Analyst preferably with a focus on Sustainability Studies, Environmental Engineering and Renewable Energies
  • Several years of sales, marketing or product management experience in relevant industrial sectors
  • Good written and spoken English and German
  • Good PC user skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)
  • Team player
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a professional, customer-oriented attitude, who is determined, persistent, negotiates well and is cooperative and persuasive
