What to expect:

The System Validation Manager is responsible for the validation of system requirements and system integration requirements across locations and customers for the projects/products assigned to him;
The System Validation Manager is responsible for the project-specific release for pre-series and release for series production and for fulfilling all the validation scopes of the system and system integration requirements required by the release authority (Release for system integration test and Release for system test);
Responsible for the system requirements/system integration requirements relevant validation scopes as a basis for project release;
Determining the integration and test strategy including the regression test strategy;
Planning the scope of validation (system test' system regression test), in cooperation with SVE: System Validation Engineer and ST: System Tester;
Creation of new test specifications in cooperation with the SVE: System Validation Engineer, in coordination with the OEM and the ST: System Tester for system requirements and system integration requirements.

What you bring along:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical Engineering, Vehicle-technology, or other successful Education of Technicians or Master with Focus on Electrotechnics;
Detailed knowledge of other tools allocated to the role (e.g. CodeBeamer, CPlace);
Detailed knowledge in system, hardware and/or software engineering;
Knowledge and experience in system engineering and validation;
Knowledge of Test Management ISO/IEC/IEE 29119;
Knowledge of ASPICE, especially "Content Test management (Spice SYS 4-5)";
Knowledge of functional safety (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508);
Knowledge in requirement engineering;
Knowledge and experience of applying tools regarding o requirements, change, configuration and problem solving management;
Excellent project and customer overview;
Excellent moderation and communication skills.
