About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible
(Junior) Key Account Manager (f/m/d)
Your role
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with our key clients and strategic accounts all over the world
- Negotiate of Supply agreements and other contracts
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services, and address client needs effectively
- Create of quotes, offers and contract drafts
- Maintain customer data in CRM and SAP
- Monitor sales performance metrics such as forecast fulfilment, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Country-specific market analysis
- Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding production, delivery and products
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and customer visits
- Actively participate in different sales projects
Your profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Sales or related fields
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector is not necessary but would be an advantage
- Fluent business English, German skills would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn about innovative technologies in the field of Nuclear Medicine
- Strong understanding of industry/market dynamics, trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and reliability
- Willingness to travel
- Proactive and independent way of working
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
