DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and appropriate configuration of presales system environments in the presales cloud environments
• Configure and customize GK applications
• Assist in the creation of demo scenarios (use cases, master data)
• Install and maintain demo environments (cloud environments, production and development environments), including regular updates (feature drops) of the environments
• Participate in customer Proof of Concepts (setting up and maintaining customer-specific environments)
• Assist in trade shows, including preparation, setup, and execution

Your profile

• Excellent knowledge of technical file formats (e.g., YAML, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS)
• Excellent knowledge of installing and configuring various operating systems (Windows, optionally Linux/Mac)
• Experience as a Linux Administrator/DevOps Engineer/Software Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of MS Azure and open-source tooling based on it such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automating worklfows (e.g., bash, Ruby, VB, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience with ETL tools (Altova MapForce, Talend Open Studio)
• Experience in operating SQL databases
• Experience with monitoring solutions like EFK, Prometheus, etc. Knowledge of web-based software development, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, etc
