Asset/Project Manager – Real Estate
DO Recruitment is excited to support this well-known international industrial company with strong values.
You will join a department in charge of creating social, environmental, and economic value for the group on non-core real estate assets, acting on several European countries. This person will be in in charge of several real estate asset redevelopment projects in Europe and will report to European Head of Real Estate department.
THE JOB:
Responsibilities:
•Ensuring compliance and application of the safety rules on construction sites (application of the Health & Safety policy)
•Identifying site potential, constraints, and feasibility studies (legal, administrative, technical, financial, etc.)
•Defining program mix and scenarios for redevelopment, including phasing
•Defining, managing, and monitoring the project financial and business plan
•Identifying internal and external stakeholders
•Leading external consultants (architects, urbanists, engineers, economic and legal partners)
•Defining business plan and strategy for authorizations, and preparing document accordingly
•Managing project planning and scheduling to meet milestones set by department direction (studies, remediation and depollution works, etc.)
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
•Economic, Engineer, Architect background with a good understanding of a real estate metrics and business plan work
•Being passionate by real estate and more specifically on urban regeneration projects
•At least 10 years of experience in a similar position (developers, real estate asset managers, etc.) and you have worked on major projects in Europe and in Luxembourg. Strong knowledge of the Luxembourgish market is required for this position
•Good interpersonal skills, good organizational skills and real leadership qualities
•Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Luxembourgish/German will be an asset
