Job description:

• With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals/Compensation/Career & Development
• Complete understanding of the management process of the life cycle of the employee in the organization.
• Certified in SuccessFactors with at least one of the modules mentioned.
• Experience in project management methodology of SuccessFactors
• Analysis of business requirements and an analysis of the adjustment gap between customer requirements and the technological solution according to best practices.
• Strong learning capacity, agility, and willingness to acquire new skills and quickly adapt to new tasks and environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Medium- Advanced English level is a must.
