The impact You will create:

  • On this position you will be responsible for the implementation, roll-out and second-level support of operational purchasing processes
  • You will be functioning as a connection between our international IT and the business units, as well as the technical departments in the countries
  • You will be analysing and processing IT requests and incidents and will be taking the respective measures to resolve them as well as making optimizations to avoid similar issues in the future
  • You will be creating documentation, sharing knowledge within the team and with 1L and Business Department
  • You will also be responsible for the support of business units to ensure the system readiness, which requires stand-by-duty and also covering the standard business hours of the team (19:00 EET)

 

Experience and skills You will need:

  • Good command of German and English (B2 level)
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Solution oriented and quick to learn in fast paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently but at the same time desire to support the team needs and integrate in the team environment
  • Customer focus, willingness to offer support to others
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP or PLM systems is an advantage, i.e. in purchasing processes, master data management and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management tool) is an advantage
  • Experience in 1L or 2L support is an advantage
  • Experience in TradeBeyond (CBX) is an advantage
