- Manage and support the enablement of select Distribution partners for successful promotions, and business wins.
- Lead the engagement with select accounts to support key account development for Infineon.
- Develop deep understanding of the distribution market in the region.
- Collaborate with Infineon Distribution Organization for the expansion of Automotive/Transportation solutions in the Distribution Market.
- Establish and develop relationships with key customer engineering personnel and decision makers.
- Engage with target customers and provide enablement presentations and training to customers, sales, and distribution.

Infineon designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a broad range of semiconductors and semiconductor-based solutions, focusing on key markets in the automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors. Its products range from standard components to special components for digital, analog, and mixed-signal applications to customer-specific solutions together with the appropriate software.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Product marketing experience: product promotion and market analysis including evaluation and verification of TAM, SAM and market share in region.
- Experience with technical sales and distribution sales.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and technical knowledge of semiconductor products.
- Strong organization and English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in matrix organizations with management, technical, and business personnel.
- Self motivated and proactive business development mindset.
- Domestic and international travel up to 25% of the time.
